Our Strategy

Upon appointment of our agency, we conduct a pre-leasing inspection to ensure that your property complies with the legislative requirements for leasing. It is our duty of care to provide recommendations to reduce or eliminate the risks that may affect the tenants during their stay at your property.  In addition, this inspection is also required to produce a detailed record of current conditions of your property and provide you with an accurate rental appraisal.

We are committed to manage your property like it is our own.  We advertise in major real estate websites such as realestate.com.au and domain.com.au at no cost for our landlords.  We conduct open for inspections and appointments as often as possible to successfully lease your property.  We thoroughly screen potential tenants and recommend those who are suitable for your property.

During and at the end of the tenancy we conduct regular inspection to ensure that tenants maintain the property as per the entry conditions.  Tenants can contact us for any maintenance issues that may arise during the tenancy.  We work with local licensed contractors who are available to resolve the issue in a timely manner (in case of emergency) or produce reasonable quotes for our landlords’ consideration.  We maintain communication between the tenants and our contractors during this process to ensure that the issue is resolved as soon as possible in the most cost effective way.

We also go the extra mile to provide our landlords with regular rent review to ensure that the current rental price is in line with the market.  This is usually conducted at the end of the lease agreement or as requested by our landlords.
